Renewable Energy Company Rebrands

Xela Energy Rebranded with Improved Eco Focus

Xela Energy has recently rebranded from Clean Energy Capital as part of its strategic repositioning in the renewable energy market. The rebrand reflects a shift from a traditional renewable energy development model to an Enterprise Independent Power Provider (EIPP), emphasizing the delivery of behind‐the‐meter renewable energy solutions. This new model targets energy-intensive sectors such as manufacturing, data centres, and pharmaceutical facilities, where the demand for secure, scalable, and fixed-cost electricity is increasing due to high energy prices, an ageing grid, and a regulatory drive toward decarbonisation.

Alongside the rebranding, Xela Energy is advancing an operational model that encompasses the full spectrum of energy project delivery, including the funding, development, and management of private wire renewable energy infrastructure. By bypassing the traditional grid, the company aims to offer customers improved control over energy supply and costs through tailor-made, behind‐the‐meter solutions. This transformation has been supported by significant organizational growth, with an increased workforce and institutional investment further enabling the strategic integration of renewable energy systems to meet evolving market demands.
