Ocean Waste Pet Toys

Nylabone launched its 'Love Our Oceans Collection,' a five-piece chew toy line made with 30% reclaimed fishing nets, transforming ocean-bound nylon into durable recycled ocean plastic products for dogs. The initiative has repurposed more than 100,000 pounds of material that might otherwise have ended up in ocean ecosystems.

The product line spans more than five 'Power Chew' toys in shapes including a bridle bone, barbell, fish, teddy bear bone and classic frenzy bone, each with flavor options ranging from salmon to bacon and beef jerky. Select retailers nationwide offer the toys in sizes ranging from small to extra-large.

Nylabone's product line shows that using recovered marine waste as a raw material can give a standard product category a clear and meaningful sustainability story.
