Benebone Debuts Benebone Green and Expands Its Recycling Program

Benebone has launched Benebone Green, a new line of plant-based dog chews made from vegetable oil, starch, and real bacon or salmon protein. This product innovation is available in Wishbone and Fishbone shapes across three sizes for small, medium, and large dogs.
In addition to the launch of the plant-based dog chews, Benebone also reminds customers about its existing recycling program, which "has been quietly saving old bones from landfills for years now." The company's sustainable initiative accepts worn nylon or rubber dog toys from any brand. Under the recycling program, customers collect at least five retired toys, purchase a $10 shipping label online, and receive $10 in Chew Rewards toward their next order. As such, the program serves as a type of loyalty initiative, as well. Benebone Green products are also eligible for recycling at the end of their useful life.
