L&D Tech's Innovation Has Been Recognized with Awards

L&D Tech, a manufacturer specializing in LED display technology, has received official commendations for its energy-saving LED display from the South Korean government. The innovation, which is purported to reduce energy use and light pollution, received the Prime Minister's Prize for New Technology Commercialization at the Industrial Technology Merit Awards and was selected as a 'World-Class Product' by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
The core innovation involves a proprietary optical component that shapes the direction of emitted light more precisely than standard displays, thereby concentrating illumination within the intended viewing area and minimizing wasted upward spill. The company claims this design results in a reduction of electrical power required for operation by over thirty percent while maintaining visual brightness and image quality.
L&D Tech will showcase its energy-saving LED display at CES 2026 in Las Vegas.
