Airless Dispenser Bottles

Amcor has introduced the Magic One, a new airless dispensing system for the beauty and personal care sector.

Designed for flexibility, it delivers adjustable output volumes from 0.3 ml to 1 ml and comes in multiple sizes and formats. Made entirely from polyolefin, it supports recyclability where infrastructure exists, achieves a 96% restitution rate in line with PPWR guidelines, and can incorporate recycled content via Amcor’s CleanStream process.

Lighter than previous models, the dispenser is engineered to preserve product integrity while enabling precise, consistent dosing from any angle. Features such as a lockable pump and customizable design options further enhance portability and brand versatility.

This news comes after the company recently opened a new production line at its Lugo di Vicenza facility in Italy to produce recyclable high-barrier films.
