Using Novameat’s MicroForce technology, it delivers the distinctive flavor and tender mouthfeel of lamb, making it ideal for dishes like roasts, tagines, and kebabs. The Pulled Pork offers a shredded, juicy texture with a mild flavor, perfect for barbecue, burritos, bowls, and stews.
Both products are made with simple, clean-label ingredients, free from soy, gluten, and other common allergens, providing a natural, allergen-friendly alternative for plant-based cooking.
