Plant-Based Coloring Solutioins

Prodalim, a supplier of juice and specialty ingredients, has launched two new plant-based coloring ranges: VivaPro Coloring Foodstuffs and NaturaPro Natural Colors.

The VivaPro line utilizes natural sources, including safflower, beetroot, black carrot, red radish, purple sweet potato, and spirulina, to create vibrant shades of yellow, red, purple, blue, and green. Meanwhile, the NaturaPro line focuses on high-performance, natural pigments, including anthocyanins, carotenoids, and chlorophyll. These compounds are known for their ability to remain stable in different product formulations, making them a versatile solution for brands looking to maintain color consistency across a wide range of food and beverage applications.

Both product lines support clean-label and sustainable production, with Prodalim’s “tree-to-table” approach ensuring transparency and responsible sourcing.
