Recycled Work Garment Cases

Sampyo Group Collected Work Garments to Repurpose into Pencil Cases

To mark World Environment Day, Sampyo Group is launching its Sampyo Re-Use Campaign, an initiative that transforms retired workwear into new products. This year, the program expanded beyond work uniforms to include safety vests collected from employees across the company’s affiliates, resulting in the recovery of 383 items.

In partnership with upcycling company Ecoparty Mearry, the collected materials will be repurposed into 300 pencil cases designed for everyday use. The finished products will be distributed to employees, demonstrating the company’s commitment to circularity while encouraging workforce participation in sustainability initiatives.

The company notes that this initiative garnered approximately 383 work garments and safety vests. These collected garments are an example of how employees are choosing to prioritize social contribution through sustainable activities.
