Filipino Sustainability Expos

SM Prime, the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and Arise Philippines will host the inaugural Sustainability Expo (Sustex) on August 29 and 30, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center Aura in Taguig City. The event, themed “Innovation for Environmental Stewardship,” aims to catalyze transformative change in business practices by showcasing scalable technologies and solutions that advance climate resilience, waste reduction and circular economy principles. Sustex 2025 is positioned as a platform for cross-sector dialogue, bringing together industry leaders, government agencies and academic stakeholders to align policies and drive collaborative initiatives across key sustainability domains.

Featuring over 50 exhibitors, the expo highlights advancements in waste management and recycling, energy and water efficiency, electric mobility, carbon reduction, air quality improvement and disaster resilience. Attendees can explore interactive exhibits, attend expert-led forums and engage in solution-driven discussions designed to empower changemakers across small to medium enterprises, tenant partners and sustainability advocates. The initiative aligns with SM Prime’s Waste-Free Future campaign and supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by encouraging private-sector participation in climate action and the transition to low-carbon, resilient operations.
