Sustainable Packaging Factories

Fillsy and Meadow have opened a new sustainable packaging factory in ?yrardów, Poland, marking a major milestone in Europe’s transition to circular packaging solutions. The facility will produce Meadow’s infinitely recyclable aluminum pre-fill system, the Meadow Kapsul, with an initial capacity of 10 million units per year and a goal of 100 million by 2027.

Strategically located in central Europe, the factory strengthens the EU’s supply of recyclable packaging and supports compliance with the recently adopted Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). Co-founders Pawe? Siwirski and Victor Ljungberg emphasize that the factory will enhance European brands’ access to sustainable, regulation-ready packaging while reducing waste and improving material efficiency. With advanced industrial machinery and a dedicated showroom, the site positions Poland as a growing hub for FMCG innovation and sustainable manufacturing.
