The 'Trillium Blend,' the latest innovation from Haven Greens, debuts as a Costco-exclusive mix that celebrates Ontario’s freshness, strength, and local pride. Crafted by Canada’s first fully automated greenhouse in King City, the new greens feature a medley of baby green leaf, baby red butter leaf, arugula, and mustard greens -- grown locally, pesticide-free, and ready to eat without washing.

Developed in Haven Greens’ five-acre, climate-controlled facility, Trillium Blend offers an extended shelf life of up to five weeks -- far surpassing field-grown options. The launch marks a major milestone in the company’s rapid expansion since its first harvest in March 2025, solidifying its commitment to sustainable, year-round, Ontario-grown produce.

With Trillium Blend, Haven Greens strengthens its position at the intersection of agri-tech and local food systems.
