Angel Yeast Opened a New Manufacturing Facility in China

Angel Yeast has initiated operations at a new manufacturing facility in China dedicated to producing a protein derived from yeast. The annual output capacity for this facility is 11,000 tons.
The product that Angel Yeast will produce in this building is called AngeoPro. It is characterized by a high protein concentration and is manufactured using a bio-fermentation process that is fully automated. The production method is noted for its independence from agricultural land and climate conditions.
AngeoPro has received industry awards and is marketed as a sustainable and efficient alternative to conventional plant and animal proteins. Environmentally conscious consumers would be drawn to the significantly lower resource footprint of yeast fermentation compared to traditional livestock farming or even some crop cultivation, as it requires less land and water and generates fewer greenhouse gases.
