BattWall Kit One is the first production tooling package for the BattWall Triple‑Shell‑System, a modular and CO₂‑negative wall manufacturing technology developed by BattWall Key Technology. The system is designed to enable decentralized, professional‑grade wall production using precision mold tools that form the three‑shell architecture central to the BattWall construction method. According to the campaign, the Kit One funding round supports the transition from completed engineering designs to certified, production‑ready tooling. This includes manufacturing the first mold tools, conducting dimensional and material verification, performing structural and durability testing, and producing initial test‑series wall elements after a 28‑day curing period. The molds will also be used to construct a demonstration house that serves as a real‑world validation platform.

The BattWall system is positioned as a modular monolithic construction and energy platform intended for scalable, low‑carbon building applications. Its triple‑shell configuration combines outer and inner shells with a reinforced core and optional energy layer, enabling structural strength and integration of future energy‑storage features. Kit One is described as the final engineering step before global distribution, with the goal of enabling local builders and communities to manufacture wall elements on site. The campaign seeks EUR 48,800 to complete the pre‑production cycle and prepare the molds for certification and broader deployment.
