Amcor and Burts Launch Crisps Packs Made with 55% PCR
Kanesa D — September 23, 2025Amcor’s research shows that younger shoppers are more likely to buy crisps in sustainable packaging. To meet this demand, the eco-friendly packaging brand has partnered with British crisp brand Burts to launch new bags made with 55% recycled materials.
Created with Amcor’s AmFiniti technology and certified through the ISCC mass balance system, the new packaging combines the safety and freshness of traditional bags with reduced plastic waste. The move underscores the push for eco-friendly packaging in the snacking industry.
