PET Activewear Drops

Macron and Automobili Lamborghini launched a new activewear collection made entirely from Global Recycled Standard-certified fabrics, using 100% recycled polyester yarn derived from PET plastic. The collection spans men’s and women’s running and fitness garments, designed to combine premium technical performance with the visual language of Lamborghini’s design DNA.

The collaboration is rooted in Emilia-Romagna, where both companies operate, and builds on a partnership launched just over a year ago with the Lamborghini Squadra Corse collection.

As sportswear brands face growing expectations for material transparency, Macron and Lamborghini show how embedding certified recycled materials into a premium performance collection can make sustainable sourcing feel like a design feature rather than a compliance checkbox for consumers who purchase the collaboration.
