Sustainable Delivery Incentives

The 'Green Reward Program' is the latest sustainability initiative from last-mile delivery company ILine, designed to incentivize eco-friendly deliveries through electric vehicles (EVs). Launched on July 19, the pilot engages 4,650 existing customers, rewarding them for carbon savings generated from green deliveries.

Integrated into the ILine mobile app, the program gamifies sustainability: for every kilometer covered by EV, around 120 grams of carbon emissions are saved. Once a customer reaches 10,000 grams in savings, they earn a ₹150 credit in their ILine wallet, valid for 30 days.

Founder & CEO Prakarsh Dwivedi describes the program as more than a loyalty scheme -- it’s a way to foster conscious consumerism and promote climate action. The pilot reflects ILine’s commitment to merging next-generation logistics with environmental stewardship, with plans to scale the initiative across its growing user base.
