Sun Chemical will showcase its pigmented color solutions for plastics at PLASTINDIA 2026, with a focus on sustainability and environmentally responsible materials. The company’s portfolio reflects increasing demand for pigments that support energy efficiency, regulatory compliance, and reduced environmental impact across a wide range of plastic applications.

At the event, Sun Chemical will highlight colorants designed for near-infrared (NIR) light management, which help limit heat buildup in plastic products and improve energy efficiency during use. These solutions can reduce cooling needs and support better thermal performance in applications such as automotive components and consumer goods. The company will also present fiber colorants that are certified with ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX®, demonstrating compliance with environmental and human safety standards.

Additional exhibits will include pigments for engineering plastics and high-heat polymers used in electric vehicles, where durability and efficiency are critical. Sun Chemical will also demonstrate digital tools that provide access to product data and carbon footprint information, supporting more transparent and sustainable color selection in plastics manufacturing.
