TCL SunPower Global Partnered with Bellsolar on New Initiative

TCL SunPower Global and Bellsolar announced a strategic partnership on July 16, 2025, to expand access to residential solar photovoltaic systems and home energy storage solutions on Réunion Island. Under the agreement, TCL SunPower Global will supply its SunPower-branded solar panels and energy storage products through Bellsolar’s established Store 109 retail network. The collaboration was formalized at a signing ceremony in Lyon, France, underscoring both companies’ commitment to combining TCL SunPower’s cutting-edge technology with Bellsolar’s deep knowledge of the local market.
The initiative aims to support Réunion Island’s goal of achieving 100 percent renewable electricity by 2030 by decentralizing power generation and enhancing energy independence for households. By integrating rooftop solar installations and home storage, the partnership seeks to strengthen grid resilience, reduce reliance on imported fossil fuels, and protect the island’s sensitive ecosystems. In addition, the project is expected to create local jobs, promote energy equity, and improve living standards by providing residents with reliable, clean-energy solutions.
