'Waterhub' Received Funding to Scale its Hydration Operations

Waterhub is Indonesia’s first quota-based drinking water solution, deploying advanced multi-step filtration systems that remove impurities down to 0.001 microns. Each station features recycled-material covers and an online fleet-monitoring platform that tracks water quality, consumption, and system performance in real time. By eliminating single-use plastic bottles and leveraging IoT-enabled maintenance, Waterhub enables clients to cut water costs by up to 80% while reducing both plastic waste and associated carbon emissions.
On August 18, 2025, Waterhub secured an undisclosed seed funding round to scale its operations across Indonesia. The investment will support the deployment of additional filtration stations, expansion of its remote-monitoring infrastructure, and enhancement of predictive maintenance capabilities. By funding nationwide roll-out, investors underscore confidence in Waterhub’s model to deliver affordable, sustainable drinking water and to advance environmental impact goals through plastic-free solutions.
