Mars Introduces New Recyclable Pet Food Pouches for the Whiskas® Brand

WHISKAS® is adopting recyclable packaging as a part of the brand's efforts to phase out its multi-material pouches. This switch not only supports more sustainable packaging practices but also reduces the carbon footprint of the pouches by 46% compared to the previous design.
The eco-friendly packaging made its debut with the WHISKAS® Tasty Mix Country Collection 12 Pack and is now available nationwide across UK retailers, as well as through German supermarket chain Rewe. By moving to recyclable materials, WHISKAS® aims to help pet owners make small, everyday choices that collectively have a big impact on reducing waste and protecting the environment.
