Water Recycling Systems

WT Oil & Gas, in collaboration with EnviroKlean, has introduced the 'Zero Solids Recycle® System,' a produced water recycling solution designed to reduce environmental impact in large-scale oilfield operations. The system supports more sustainable water management by enabling the reuse of produced water without generating solid waste.

Capable of "processing up to 150,000 barrels per day, the ZSR® System operates as a continuous-flow solution that eliminates the creation of sludge and residual solids." By avoiding solid waste generation, the system reduces the need for hauling, disposal, and associated emissions, while also minimizing long-term environmental liabilities.

The system integrates "WT Oil & Gas’s treatment infrastructure with EnviroKlean’s Zero Solids® technology and EK One™ chemistry platform." By improving water reuse efficiency and operational reliability, the ZSR® System represents a step toward more environmentally responsible water recycling practices within oil and gas operations.
