Otter Energy Partnered with Bullfrog Power for Clean Energy

Otter Energy, one of Canada’s leading turnkey solar providers, and Bullfrog Power, a Canadian sustainability solutions leader, have entered into a strategic partnership to expand clean energy offerings for commercial and industrial customers across the country. The collaboration will integrate Otter Energy’s solar installation and battery storage capabilities with Bullfrog Power’s expertise in renewable energy certificates (RECs), enabling clients to access comprehensive decarbonization solutions. Otter Energy brings 16 years of experience and over 450,000 installed solar panels—including some of the nation’s largest rooftop projects—while Bullfrog Power contributes its established position in the commercial REC market, supporting thousands of organizations in their transition to renewable energy.
Both companies hold recognized quality and environmental credentials that underscore their commitment to sustainable operations. Otter Energy is the only Canadian solar company certified to ISO 9001 standards, and its current portfolio avoids more than 280,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually through over 150 MW of installed capacity. Bullfrog Power operates as a Certified B Corporation, having displaced over 2 million tonnes of CO₂-equivalent emissions since its founding and supported more than 160 community-based renewable energy projects via its grant programs. This partnership leverages each organization’s proven environmental impact and technical expertise to help businesses reduce energy costs and achieve long-term sustainability goals.
