Autonomous Real Estate Partnerships

PassiveLogic, a provider of artificial intelligence platforms for building management, has formed a collaborative agreement with Aroundtown, a major European real estate firm, to implement its autonomous control technology across a significant property portfolio. The core of this initiative involves utilizing a digital simulation, or a digital twin, of building systems to enable AI-driven automation of operations such as heating, cooling, and ventilation.

By embarking on this partnership, the AI platform and the European real estate firm aim to enhance operational efficiency, decrease energy consumption and associated carbon emissions, and improve the comfort levels for occupants. This technological upgrade is also positioned as a strategic measure to help the property portfolio comply with forthcoming European regulations concerning building energy performance.
