Sustainable Packaging Brand Refreshes

Flint Group has announced a strategic rebranding to Flint Group Packaging Solutions, reflecting its intention to align more closely with the global packaging sector. Company leadership stated that the shift responds to changes in substrates, packaging formats and coatings, with a focus on improving recyclability and simplifying complex structures. The organization will continue to operate through five core business segments that include flexible packaging, paper and board, narrow web, sheetfed offset and digital solutions, each providing inks, coatings and print consumables designed to meet regulatory and efficiency requirements in packaging production.

The rebrand introduces a new visual identity intended to signal agility and a stronger orientation toward integrated packaging solutions. Flint Group noted that while packaging will be its primary focus, it will maintain support for specialized businesses such as Day Transfer Media, Varn Chemicals and Web Offset inks. Leadership emphasized that the company’s scale and technical capabilities position it to grow alongside customers in consumer driven markets, with plans for both organic expansion and potential acquisitions.
