HUGO BOSS has introduced NovaPoly, a cutting-edge recycled polyester yarn developed in collaboration with Jiaren Chemical Recycling and NBC LLC. Holding exclusive rights to the fiber for the first year, the brand plans to integrate NovaPoly into its BOSS Green line by October 2025, with products available globally in stores, online, and through select retail partners.
NovaPoly is crafted from pre- and post-consumer textile waste and enhanced with a natural additive that enables environmental degradation—an innovation aligned with HUGO BOSS' strategy to reduce microplastic pollution. Part of the broader BOSS THE CHANGE initiative, this launch marks a significant step toward sustainable material alternatives. Looking ahead, the company intends to license the fiber across the industry, expanding access to this more eco-conscious solution for performance wear.
