Hach Launches the 'NP6000sc Phosphate Analyzer'
Debra John — February 23, 2026Hach has introduced the 'NP6000sc Phosphate Analyzer' for water and wastewater treatment facilities. The system is designed to improve data reliability, reduce maintenance needs, and support compliance with regulatory standards.
The analyzer provides "continuous phosphate monitoring across a wide measurement range (0.015–75 mg/L), helping operators track water quality with a high level of accuracy." An updated grab sample feature allows online readings to better align with laboratory results, reducing data differences and supporting reporting requirements.
To simplify maintenance, the NP6000sc includes a redesigned filtration system that extends cleaning intervals from about once a month to once every three months. The new FX6 filter is significantly lighter, making handling easier and safer. Reagent bottles are now positioned at the front of the unit for convenient access during routine replacement. These improvements help reduce downtime and make daily operations more efficient for treatment facility staff.
