Reusable Retail Bag Expansions

ACR — also known as AmerCareRoyal and a portfolio company of Oridian Capital Partners — has just completed its 11th strategic add-on acquisition by purchasing the assets of RediBagUSA, a well-established supplier of reusable retail bags, paper products, and sustainable packaging solutions.

RediBagUSA serves grocery, restaurant, deli, medical, and industrial markets across the United States. Its transition into ACR's portfolio is intended to broaden the company's environmentally conscious product offerings, deepen its sourcing capabilities, and enhance its ability to serve a wider range of end markets. ACR will also harness reusable retail bag leader's patented products, strong brand portfolio, and customization expertise to strengthen customer loyalty and attract new business opportunities.
