The recognition celebrates the restaurant’s holistic approach to sustainability, combining environmentally conscious design with responsible gastronomy to redefine the standards of modern fine dining.
Since opening in 2019, Roganic Hong Kong has exemplified how culinary excellence can align with environmental stewardship. Its design developed in collaboration with Atelier E and HK Timberbank, embraces the ethos of “Reuse, Recycle, Repurpose,” incorporating reclaimed timber and regionally sourced materials to reduce waste, lower carbon footprint, and promote circular design principles.
