Toyota and Lexus are supporting the transition to more sustainable transportation by introducing Treehouse as a home charging solution for battery electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. As more drivers choose electrified vehicles to reduce emissions, convenient home charging plays an important role in lowering overall environmental impact.

Treehouse installs Level 2 home chargers, allowing owners to charge more efficiently from home, often overnight when energy demand may be lower. The service uses a streamlined process that includes virtual planning, permitting, and a single in-person installation visit. By reducing the need for multiple site visits, the process helps limit unnecessary travel and associated emissions.

Customers submit a few photos and complete a short survey to receive a detailed quote, typically within 48 hours. Licensed electricians then carry out the installation to meet established safety and quality standards. By simplifying access to home charging, Toyota and Lexus help make cleaner, lower-emission driving more practical and accessible.
