Electric Truck Roadshows

Transportation in Europe is taking a significant step toward sustainability with Scania’s 'Electric Journey: An Optimization Roadshow.' Spanning mid-August to mid-December, the initiative will bring six electric truck models to 13 cities, showcasing solutions for urban distribution, construction, and waste management. The tour, covering 20,000 kilometers from Denmark to Sweden, demonstrates how electrification can reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve air quality across diverse transport applications.

Beyond vehicle demonstrations, the roadshow encourages dialogue on battery strategies, weighing maximum capacity against configurations optimized for specific operational needs. Strategic charging stops across Europe will highlight the growing availability of infrastructure to support zero-emission transport.

By enabling customers and stakeholders to experience electric vehicles first-hand, Scania underscores its commitment to decarbonizing road freight.
