Paper Machine Rebuilds

Wuzhou Special Paper is teaming up with Valmet to help rebuild its paper machine and two winders for their paper mill based in Hubei, China. The partnership will primarily focus on converting the recently relocated paper machine to recycled fluting and liner grades, allowing the company to extend its machine’s lifecycle while also boosting production capacity.

The rebuilt Valmet model will include a new layering headbox with dilution profiler, a rebuilt forming section with shoe and blade technology, and a rebuilt press section. There is also a new film sizer, and two extra-wide winders designed for high-quality output and increased capacity.

Wuzhou Special Paper is known for its food wrapping paper, glassine paper, tracing paper, transfer printing paper, and special fine paper.
