EV Infrastructure Projects
TurnOnGreen Works Partners with the City of Foster City
Debra John — February 28, 2026TurnOnGreen has partnered with the City of Foster City to expand electric vehicle charging infrastructure in support of the City’s Climate Action Plan and long-term sustainability goals. The project includes "the installation of multiple EVP1100 Level 2 charging stations delivering up to 11 kW of power, enabling efficient daily charging that supports increased electric vehicle adoption within the community."
By providing reliable, accessible charging for residents of The Pilgrim workforce housing community, the initiative reduces barriers to EV ownership and helps decrease transportation-related greenhouse gas emissions. Transportation remains a significant source of local emissions, and "expanded charging access is a critical step toward reducing community-wide emissions to approximately 50% below 2005 levels by 2030."
The networked stations are managed through cloud-based software that monitors energy usage and supports efficient energy management, contributing to data-driven sustainability planning and measurable environmental impact for long-term resilience goals.
