EverestLabs is advancing automated recycling with Navigator, an agentic AI platform designed to coordinate operations across material processing and recovery facilities. The system combines edge vision models, vision-language models and specialized AI agents to analyze material streams, monitor equipment and adjust processing workflows in real time. Navigator can integrate with existing plant controls and legacy machinery, allowing operators to add advanced automation without extensive equipment replacements.

For recycling businesses, the platform could translate automation into stronger operational and financial performance. EverestLabs says Navigator can increase facility throughput by up to 30% while identifying equipment issues before they cause costly downtime.
