Joyn Foods recently secured approval on the South Carolina Purchasing Alliance bid, giving school districts across the state a simplified pathway to purchase its blended meat products. In tastings at K-12 schools in South Carolina’s Berkeley County, students chose Joyn Foods' blended meat over conventional beef, with 50Cut meatballs approved by 96% and burgers by 92%.

As far as operators are concerned, 50Cut prepares and serves just like beef, and requires no special training or equipment to incorporate into menus.
