Renewable Solar Energy Grids

Juniper Green Energy Built a 59 MWp Solar Plant In Wardha

Juniper Green Energy has commissioned the 59 MWp solar component of its hybrid power project in Wardha, Maharashtra. The project is part of the broader Juniper Green Power Five initiative and was completed 17 months ahead of schedule, reflecting the company’s engineering and execution capabilities. A Power Purchase Agreement with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited supports the project, which contributes to the operational diversification of the company’s renewable energy portfolio.

As a critical element of a larger 75 MW hybrid project, the 59 MWp solar facility complements an additional installed wind capacity of 26.4 MW. The accelerated commissioning of the solar component is expected to enhance renewable energy supply in Maharashtra and strengthen the regional energy grid infrastructure. This milestone highlights Juniper Green Energy’s commitment to advancing integrated renewable projects and supporting efficient, large-scale deployment of solar and hybrid energy solutions.
