Upcycled Ingredient Spirits

Re:purpose Turns Surplus Bread and Fruits into Spirits

Re:purpose is a new spirits brand from the founders of Shropshire Distillery, and it crafts small-batch spirits from surplus ingredients that are often discarded, yet are packed with potential. The debut lineup includes three spirits: a whisky-inspired spirit made with simple rustic bread—one of the most wasted food products on the planet—and two vodkas made from surplus lemons and limes, or raspberries.

Bread Spirit, an aged whisky alternative, is said to have creamy cereal notes, toasty depth, and a bold finish, while the Citrus Vodka and Raspberry Vodka veer bright and vibrant. Across the board, these spirits crafted with surplus ingredients can be sipped neat with ice, matched with a mixer or worked into cocktails.
