Rotary Animal Feed Dryers

ShurGreen Organic Recycling is taking its recycling efforts to the next level by adding a second, custom-built rotary drum dryer to its facility. This new addition allows the company to increase the recycling of organic byproducts from the pet food industry, turning waste into valuable animal feed.

The new dryer is twice the size of the existing one and features advanced temperature and retention controls to eliminate pathogens safely. Using a combination of heat and direct contact, it efficiently dries a wide range of organic materials, including leftovers from both human and pet food manufacturing.

Designed for consistent, reliable operation over long periods, the dryer transforms wet organic byproducts from pet foods into nutritious dry feed for poultry and swine, supporting sustainable recycling practices and helping reduce food industry waste.
