Sustainable Dry Rosés
Pure Project Brewing Partners with Tablas Creek Vineyard
Kalin Ned — April 25, 2025Pure Project Brewing has partnered with Tablas Creek Vineyard to introduce a Provence-style sustainable dry rosé that merges craft beverage innovation with regenerative agriculture principles. This collaboration represents a unique intersection between San Diego's craft beer culture and Paso Robles' winemaking heritage as it combines Pure Project's small-batch brewing philosophy with Tablas Creek's pioneering status as the world's first Regenerative Organic Certified® vineyard.
The resulting Cuvée Rosé blends four Rhône varietals — grenache, mourvèdre, vermentino, and counoise — to create a complex flavor profile featuring citrus, stone fruit, and herbal notes. The sustainable dry rosé adheres to strict environmental standards that prioritize soil health and ecosystem preservation. This release marks the beginning of a planned series of collaborative wines, with white and red varietals expected later in 2025.
