Eco Wave Power is advancing its wave energy initiatives through the development of a new project at Suao Port in Taiwan, marking a strategic expansion into the Asia-Pacific region. The project is being implemented in collaboration with I-Ke International Ocean Energy Co., a subsidiary of Lian Tat Company, which serves as the Company’s local partner.

In December 2025, I-Ke finalized a land lease agreement with Suao Port for the designated project site. The agreement establishes a five-year lease term, with an option for extension, providing a structured foundation for continued development. The project "follows a defined regulatory timeline, with an application for the transfer of land use rights to be submitted to the Taiwan International Ports Corporation by March 22, 2026; all required port-related permits are anticipated to be secured by October 2026, supporting a clear and coordinated implementation process."

This initiative reflects Eco Wave Power’s broader objective to validate and scale wave energy technologies in international markets, while promoting the adoption of locally manufactured renewable energy systems.
