Trip.com Group, a global travel service provider, has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, which details three major initiatives — a new global paid paternity leave policy of at least 20 days for eligible employees, the validation of the company's near-term and net-zero greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets by the Science Based Targets initiative, and the launch of a USD 100 million Tourism Innovation Fund.

Trip.com Group's 2025 Sustainability Report is structured around the company's 'Friendly Four' framework, which encompasses family, community, environmental, and stakeholder friendliness. The document highlights progress such as a 100% return-to-work rate for female employees after maternity leave, the expansion of the Country Retreats programme that has created thousands of local jobs, and the enhancement of the Global SOS Platform to handle over 23,000 emergency requests across more than 100 destinations.
