Thermore has introduced Ecodown Fibers T2T, a new loose-fill insulation designed to advance circularity in textile production. The material is produced entirely from recycled polyester sourced from the textile supply chain waste, reinforcing the company’s strategy to expand its sustainable insulation solutions.

Ecodown Fibers T2T converts discarded polyester textiles into high-performance insulation for outerwear and other garments. The fiber blend consists of 100% recycled polyester, including approximately 80% post-industrial textile waste and 20% recycled PET bottles.

The insulation is engineered to maintain structural stability over time, helping prevent fiber clumping and ensuring consistent thermal performance. The product is certified under the Global Recycled Standard, which verifies recycled content and supply chain traceability, and also meets the requirements of Bluesign and OEKO‑TEX Standard 100.
