Microplastic Filtration Partnerships

Electrolux Professional and Mimbly have entered a partnership to advance water- and energy-efficient solutions for commercial laundry and cleaning operations. The collaboration pairs Electrolux Professional’s product portfolio and global service network with Mimbly’s cleantech systems for water recirculation and recovery, aiming to reduce freshwater consumption and lower the environmental footprint of on-premise laundry processes through integrated hardware and service offerings.

Planned joint activities include piloting Mimbly’s water-recovery units within Electrolux Professional installations, developing retrofit pathways for existing equipment, and exploring scalable service models that combine equipment sales with performance-based maintenance and monitoring. The partnership emphasizes operational metrics—such as water reuse rates, energy consumption reductions, and lifecycle cost impacts—to support commercial adoption in hospitality, healthcare, and industrial laundry segments.
