Circ Expands its Fiber Club Partners to Boost Demand for PCR Textiles

Circ, a Danville, Virginia-based textile-to-textile recycler, is expanding its Fiber Club initiative to help fashion brands scale next-generation recycled materials from pilot projects to full commercial production.

The new cohort includes Madewell, Reformation, and C&A, alongside supply chain partners Lenzing and Linz Textil.

Fiber Club is designed to tackle two longstanding barriers in sustainable materials: minimum order requirements and high costs. By pooling demand across multiple brands and coordinating production from recycled pulp to fiber to yarn, Circ creates economies of scale that make circular textiles more commercially viable.

In this program, Circ supplies recycled pulp made from polycotton textile waste. Lenzing converts it into Tencel lyocell fibers using Refibra technology, and Linz Textil spins the fibers into yarn. Participating brands then integrate the material into their own manufacturing networks for finished garments.
