Green Hydrogen Production Solutions

Green hydrogen production is the focus of a new turnkey solution launched by Wison Engineering and Sungrow Hydrogen with the debut of MegaFlex, a modular 'Plant-as-a-Product' system designed to streamline and scale the delivery of green hydrogen facilities. Announced at the 2025 SNEC International Photovoltaic Conference in Shanghai, the MegaFlex platform offers a standardized, rapidly deployable system with a 500MW single-unit capacity and adaptability to scale from mid-sized to GW-level projects.

This innovative approach aims to reduce levelized costs of hydrogen (LCOH), optimize on-site construction, and speed up ROI by leveraging modular manufacturing and integrated system design. MegaFlex incorporates smart digital management and simulation via the Wison-developed RelPS platform, enabling real-time system optimization based on energy inputs and load demands. This partnership underscores the companies' commitment to making green hydrogen both economically viable and globally accessible.
