Mono-Polypropylene Flowwrap Solutions

Mondi has launched re/loop FlowWrap, a recyclable mono-polypropylene packaging solution for wet wipes that contains 35% post-consumer recycled content. Designed as an alternative to conventional multi-material laminates, the new format helps home and personal care brands advance sustainability goals without disrupting existing production processes.

Compatible with established form-fill-and-seal equipment and aligned with PP mechanical recycling streams, re/loop FlowWrap enables a smoother transition to more circular packaging. Testing and customer trials indicate that the material rivals the performance of similar options, offering dependable barrier properties, seal integrity, and manufacturing efficiency.
