YI TING Non-Woven, a Taiwanese manufacturer specializing in engineered nonwoven fabrics, has announced a substantial expansion of its production capabilities that will effectively double its output to better serve international markets in Europe and North America.
YI TING Non-Woven's strategic increase in manufacturing scale is designed to accelerate production timelines and enhance supply chain reliability for original equipment manufacturers seeking high-precision, sustainable filtration and packaging materials. According to the company, development-to-mass-production lead times will be reduced by up to 30%. This venture is particularly noteworthy within the coffee, tea, and broader food and beverage sectors.
The capacity expansion is said to be "anchored by YI TING's proprietary Pure.F multi-layer nonwoven fabric platform." This system ensures that the nonwoven fabric meets specific performance criteria, such as consistent micron-level filtration at the 40-micron cutoff point, alongside environmental mandates like biodegradability.
