EV Charging Cable Systems

Philatron Wire and Cable has announced a new generation of electric vehicle (EV) charging cable systems designed to support the expansion of EV infrastructure and the transition toward lower-emission transportation. As electric mobility adoption increases, reliable charging equipment plays an important role in enabling efficient energy delivery and supporting broader sustainability goals.

The company’s advanced cable technologies are engineered for high-amperage liquid-cooled charging systems, which are used in ultra-fast DC charging networks. These systems incorporate improved thermal management to support efficient power transfer while reducing heat buildup, helping maintain stable operation during high-demand charging.

Philatron will also present extra-flexible EV charging cables designed for subzero environments, enabling dependable charging infrastructure in regions with extreme climates. Durable, abrasion-resistant materials are intended to extend product lifespan and reduce maintenance or replacement needs. Additionally, "the company manufactures UL-listed TYPE EVJE and TYPE EVE power cables for EV charging installations."
