Renewable AI Diligence Tools
Euclid Acquired Thresh to Cut Its Renewable Energy Diligence Time
Adam Harrie — May 8, 2026Euclid, a software and services platform for renewable energy diligence project development and M&A, acquired Thresh, an AI tool designed to automate the document-intensive diligence process that slows solar and storage project evaluations. The platform processes thousands of documents, including interconnection studies, land agreements and permitting files, to surface critical insights in hours rather than weeks.
Since 2021, Euclid has supported more than 1,100 projects representing over 22 gigawatts of solar and storage capacity. Thresh's AI capabilities will be integrated across Euclid's full suite, covering transaction management, financing and construction oversight.
As power demand continues to grow, Euclid and Thresh show how AI-native diligence tools can help renewable energy teams evaluate and deliver projects at the pace the energy transition demands.
