Clean-Energy Data Centers

Seekr and Fossefall have announced a multi-year commercial partnership aimed at accelerating the development of sovereign, clean-energy-powered AI infrastructure across Europe. The collaboration combines Seekr’s enterprise-grade AI software, designed for mission-critical environments, with Fossefall’s low-cost, renewable energy platform to support the growth of sustainable data center capacity.

The agreement outlines "a phased, multi-million-dollar collaboration, beginning with Phase 1, in which Seekr will reserve AI computing capacity for the first 36 months." During this phase, Fossefall will introduce an AI cloud service offering, marketed under a revenue-sharing and reseller framework with Seekr. This approach aims to expand regional access to environmentally responsible AI resources while maintaining energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Finalized commercial terms are expected by the end of the year, marking a key step toward advancing Europe’s clean digital infrastructure and reducing the carbon footprint of large-scale AI operations.
