Joint Recycling Agreements

Versalis, a chemical company under Eni, has officially partnered with Acea Ambiente to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focused on advancing and promoting its joint recycling initatives. Under this agreement, the duo will work on evaluating the sustainability of its facilities and select waste streams with a goal of developing high-quality recycled plastics. The companies will also perform a joint evaluation of chemical recycling solution for plastic waste that cannot be recycled using industrial machinery.
